Includes Nicole's spring mix of greens with julienne carrots, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, alpha sprouts, radishes, green and red peppers, croutons, assorted seasonal toppings and assorted dressings.

A blend of romaine, endive and radicchio lettuce with cucumbers, tomatoes, and your choice of raspberry, balsamic, or Italian vinaigrette dressings.

For Your Entree, Select One From Each Category:

Beef:

- Medallions of Sirloin
- Steak Pizziola
- Sliced Steak au Poive

Chicken:

- A Boneless Breast Served;
- Marsalla - sliced mushrooms with marsalla wine sauce
- Francaise - lightly dipped in an egg batter and served with a lemon butter sauce

Fish:

- Baked Salmon with a mustard dill sauce
- A filet of Atlantic Sole Almondire

Pasta:

- Penne Pasta Alavodka
- Rigitoni Primavera, which is served with fresh vegetables in a light crème sauce

Starch:

- Roasted Red Potatoes
- Rice Pilaf
- A Vegetable Medley
